Founded in 2011, Cupping Room Coffee Roasters is an award-winning small batch specialty coffee roastery located in Hong Kong. Designed in a casual setting, the coffee shop is a delightful, welcoming space for all visitors. Hong Kong Palace Museum store’s exclusive drinks include ice drip coffee, cold brew iced tea and an array of artisanal teas. Non-coffee options and milk alternatives are available. They also offer new items exclusively at the HKPM, featuring Chinese-style Sandwiches (gua bao) with tempting stuffing selections, Ice Cream Sandwich that is offered for the first month of opening, together with their crowd-pleasing signature pasta dishes.

Jin Ya Ju Noodle Bar

A well-known brand in Shanghai, Jin Ya Ju Noodle Bar specialises in a variety of popular Chinese noodles. Highlights include Huadiao chicken noodle soup and braised beef noodle soup, as well as local favourites such as fried chicken nuggets, spicy stewed beef tendon, and braised tofu. They also serve delicious beverages like bubble tea and peanut butter and oat ice shakes with black tapioca pearls.
