“Palace Museum Dreamscapes” – Charity Summer Camp 2025

Study Tour

The “Palace Museum Dreamscapes” charity summer camp aims to encourage young people to experience the excellent traditional Chinese culture represented by the Palace Museum. The programme is hosted by the Palace Museum, fully supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, solely funded by the Institute of Philanthropy, and co-organised by the Hong Kong Palace Museum for the Hong Kong region.

This year, selected youth from Hong Kong will participate in a 5-day, 4-night Palace Study Tour in Beijing in August 2025. Participants will immerse themselves in learning the history and culture behind the Palace Museum and its collections. They will take courses about the Palace Museum’s culture, engage in cultural exchanges with students from the Mainland, and explore the historical and cultural landmarks of Beijing together.

Applications for the Hong Kong region are being accepted until 15 April 2025 through school nominations. Applicants must be aged 10 to 14 currently studying in primary or secondary schools in Hong Kong. The summer camp is offered free of charge.
