Seating up to 400 guests, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Auditorium is ideal for large-scale events including ceremonies, conference, seminars, movie screenings, and more. With comfortable theatre seating and professional stage facilities, the venue allows every screening or presentation to look its best. The auditorium is also equipped with a green room and simultaneous interpretation facilities.

The foyer is a prefect location for mingling and networking before, during, and after any events in the auditorium. Its spacious and column-free architecture is both flexible and inviting.

The Ground Floor Lobby at the entrance of the Museum is both luxurious and welcoming. The grandeur of the interior, with its high ceiling of suspended, flowing golden tiles, is certain to impress your guest. This modern interpretation of the glazed roof tiles of the Forbidden City's grand palaces reappears throughout the Museum.

This large, pillar-free space has room for every event from beautiful dinner arrangements to stage setups for large crowds. With a capacity of over 200 people, it is suitable for ceremonies, banquets, cocktail receptions, and more with its grand architecture providing the perfect backdrop.

The South Atrium, comprising an interior space and outdoor viewing deck, offers limitless photo opportunities. The interior flows onto a deck with spectacular views of the Hong Kong skyline, Victoria Harbour, and surrounding landmarks of WestK. Make a statement with your event with the flow between indoor and outdoor settings and the architectural staircase.

The viewing deck combined with the spacious interior provides an ideal setting for a range of functions including press conference, intimate cocktail receptions, and free-seated casual events. The high golden ceiling over the sweeping staircase, provides an elegant backdrop for talks, lectures, press conferences, and small-scale performances.

The West Atrium, comprising an interior space and outdoor viewing deck, will set a new standard for your events. This venue is defined by its floor-to-ceiling windows with striking views of the South China Sea and Lantau Island. The generous deck can be set up with cocktail tables for guests to chat over sundowners and enjoy the beautiful sunset view across the harbour.

With its high golden ceiling and beautiful architecture, the space will elevate events such as ceremonies, press conferences, cocktail receptions, and banquets. Both the interior and viewing deck allow for flexible seating and table arrangements.
