Remarks:

1. The promotion period is from 21 May 2026 to 31 July 2026.
2. New members who join during the promotional period will receive a gift redemption code to exchange for a "Pharaoh Cat" luggage tag or a special-edition plush bag charm (excluding Family Memberships³). Qualified members may access their gift redemption code by downloading the WestK mobile app and logging into their account using their registered email address. Redemption details and applicable terms and conditions are available on the redemption page. The gift redemption period is valid through 31 August 2026. Gifts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
3. Gifts for Family Memberships must be redeemed in person at the Museum at the time of purchase. While each individual under a Family Membership is entitled to one gift, a maximum of one "Pharaoh Cat" luggage tag may be redeemed per Family Membership.
4. Members who successfully join or renew between 20 May and 30 June 2026 will receive an invitation to the Special Exhibition tours by 3 July 2026. Those who join between 1 July and 31 July 2026 will receive their invitation by 7 August 2026. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. The invitation to the Special exhibition tour will be sent to the registered email addresses of members subscribed to the Museum's e-Newsletter. Please subscribe to the e-Newsletter during membership purchase or renewal, or email [email protected] to resubscribe.
6. Please note that participants of the Special Exhibition tours must present a valid Special Exhibition admission code for Gallery 8 or Gallery 9 on the day of the tour.
7. The HKPM Friends – Family Membership includes two adults and either one child (aged 7 to 11) or one full-time student. Fees for additional members are charged at the standard rate: HK$600 per adult and HK$300 per child or full-time student.
8. The HKPM Friends – Family Membership discount offer also applies to the renewal of Family Memberships, but is limited to the first two adult members and one child or full-time student member in each membership. Fees for additional members are calculated at the regular rate. Changes to the membership tier or existing member composition cannot be made through renewal before the current membership expires.
9. The exclusive gifts offered during this promotion are specially designed for HKPM Friends and will not be available for sale in gift shops or on other platforms. The HKPM Friends special-edition plush bag charms and “Pharaoh Cat” luggage tags are produced by the Hong Kong Palace Museum for educational and promotional purposes. They feature modern designs inspired by ancient Egyptian artefacts and are not replicas.
10.
