How do I sign up for HKPM membership?
You can either sign up online or purchase membership on-site. Our membership staff will be available to assist with any queries at the LG/F Reception.
Once you sign up and the payment is processed, your membership will be effective immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary QR code for admission. Please also download the WestK app to access our eMembership platform, where you can find your eMembership card, admission codes, member events, and more benefit details. How long does my membership last?
In general, each membership lasts for 12 months starting from the date of purchase (except for Combo Membership). For example, if your membership starts on 1 January, it will be valid until 31 December. You may renew your membership for another year during your membership period.
Can I change my membership tier?
Membership tiers cannot be changed once activated, nor can they be altered upon renewal. If you wish to change tier, you may purchase a new membership tier using your registered email address after your current membership expires.
When will my renewed membership start?
If you renew before your current membership expires, the renewal membership will automatically start on the next day after your existing membership ends. A greeting email will be sent to your registered email on the first day of the new membership period.
If you renew after your membership has expired, the renewal membership will start immediately after payment confirmation.
