You may renew your membership for another year anytime starting from the next day after your membership is activated (excluding Combo Membership). Click here to renew now! Renewal is available up to 30 days after your current membership expires.

If you receive an error message during your renewal process, your membership may not be valid, or your membership has expired for more than 30 days. In this case, please rejoin the HKPM membership with your registered email address, to continue enjoying the exclusive benefits as an HKPM Patron or HKPM Friends.

If you renew before your current membership expires, the renewal membership will automatically start on the next day after your existing membership ends. A greeting email will be sent to your registered email on the first day of the new membership period.

If you renew after your membership has expired, the renewal membership will start immediately after payment confirmation.

Membership tiers cannot be changed during renewal. If you wish to join a new membership tier, please purchase a new membership with your registered email address after your existing membership expires.

Adding new members or changing member combinations is not available during group membership renewal (Dual or Family Membership). If you wish to revise the member combinations of your group membership, please wait until your current membership expires, then purchase a new membership with your registered email address and enter the new members’ information.

The Combo Membership cannot be renewed in advance, you can only renew the HKPM and M+ memberships separately and unable to enjoy the offer of the Combo Membership.
